Shandong's annual output of 500,000 tons of corrugated paper machine successfully produced paper in Bohui Paper

On the evening of March 8, Shandong Bohui Paper's first production line of BM6, which has an annual output of 1.5 million tons of packaging paper, was successfully launched in Fujian and Taiwan. This is the second large-scale production line in the domestic packaging paper market in 2019, which was put into operation after the Chongqing Xiaolong PM40.

In 2016, Bohui Paper officially launched a high-end packaging paper project with an annual output of 1.5 million tons. It plans to produce three new imported packaging paper production lines to produce high-wafer, kraft paper and gypsum board protective paper.

Later, influenced by policies and markets, especially the introduction of a series of policies restricting the import of waste paper, the company changed its mind. The project finally decided to build two paper machines, BM5 and BM6. The newly started BM6 is a Finnish Vimet Paper Machine with a net width of 9600mm and a designed speed of 1600m/min. It can produce low-quantity high-strength corrugated paper and noodle boxboard paper. The product being produced after startup is a high-strength corrugated paper of 140g or less. This paper machine is also the largest corrugated paper production line in Shandong Province.

Another paper machine BM5 is a Voith paper machine. It belongs to two workshops with BM6. It has a width of 9500mm and a speed of 1200m/min. It can produce gypsum board cover paper and noodle box paper. The installation of the BM5 has been basically completed and will be put into production in the near future.

After the two paper machines are put into production, Bohui Paper will add 1 million tons of packaging paper capacity, plus the company's original 100,000 tons of cardboard and 150,000 tons of gypsum board cover paper. The company's total packaging paper capacity will be It has reached 1.25 million tons and became the third papermaking enterprise with a capacity of over 1 million tons of packaging paper after Shandong Century Sunshine Paper and Sun Paper.

In addition to the two packaging machines, Jiangsu Bohui's second white cardboard production line has also been basically installed and will be put into production in the near future.
